Hem House is an architectural proposal for an elegant, spacious, and light-filled single-family house. The house is 1,300 SF and wood-framed. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. The front bedroom, at 256 square feet serves as the light filled master bedroom. A second smaller bedroom serves as the kids room or a home office. At the back of the house a combined kitchen and living space is open to the backyard through two large glass sliding doors. Ample windows and a vaulted ceiling make this space feel even bigger.
